「Tricky getting in as room code was wrong but very helpful lady on the phone sorted it. Great there is parking and brilliant location.
At night I was woken up by a clattering of crockery and we could also hear people talking which seemed to be coming out of bathroom vent which was odd. Amazing air conditioning unit and room space etc was ideal for a couple of nights.」

「Cabin on the water was lovely & the balcony a great feature although needed an umbrella & seat cushions. Unfortunately the bar & terrace area was taken over by a golf presentation so a little disappointing as very limited free seating & early closing for bar & food provision. Huge stain on the bedroom carpet, bathroom door hard to close & a very noisy toilet seat! Plenty of parking & a quiet night’s sleep. It was close to our planned event but wouldn’t stay again.」

「This was a fantastic place to stay: clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location just around the corner from Shakespeare’s Birthplace. Although it is in the pedestrian-friendly walking district, parking was still easy and convenient. And the location is great for exploring town. 「The cottage was exceptionably clean and looked exactly as advertised.
The views are fabulous as is the wildlife and surrounding area.
The bed was very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Loved the patio doors in the living area and having so many opening windows throughout.
Great powerful shower too.
The hosts, live on the working farm and are all lovely and friendly.
It was lovely waking up to the sound of the dawn virus and the steep bleating.
Would definitely recommend this...
