Clean and orderly modern property. Very good breakfast. Staff is just going through the motions and generally stretched or indifferent, for example, World Cup was being shown on a big screen in the lobby. For two days no one bothered to turn up the AC (it was 98F outside). They just said it’s a maintenance persons duty.

Amazing hotel in the heart of Lisbon! The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, beautiful rooms with AC, great sheets and views!! The breakfast is delicious too and there is complimentary coffee and bakery all day long.

Outstanding hotel! Location is amazing - right in the middle of many activities, shopping and restaurants. We were traveling during a heat wave and the air conditioning was great. Service was excellent - would absolutely stay here again.
