Rooms were updated and comfortable. Staff was great and very helpful, giving help about food choices in area and help in getting transportation to port for cruises. Loved that they were willing to safely store our luggage when we arrived before our room was ready. The rooftop viewing area is relaxing with a view of the bay, the Space Needle and surround area.

Front desk associate was very thorough and had excellent customer service. Very quiet also. We
The only thing that I would replace the carpet (definitely in the rooms) with industrial flooring. It not only is easier to keep clean and sanitized. It stops dust mites, shampooing, dirt buildup under carpet.
Definitely a money saver in a long run.
