"My main complaint about the beach was the massage vendors harassing you before you even got to the beach , and at the shower when washing off sand . The new lounge cushions around the pool were very comfortable and a good idea however they were very hot if not covered and we found very sweaty making the towels wet when laying on them . The general areas were kept very clean and tidy as were the rooms . The bar staff were very good , as were the entertainment staff , very friendly ."

"I absolutely loved my stay here! Everything was amazing from beginning to end. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, and the entire atmosphere made our vacation so enjoyable and relaxing. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The food and drinks were great, the property was beautiful, and we really enjoyed spending time by the pool and taking in the views. Everything felt comfortable and well taken care of, and we had such a great experience throughout our entire stay. Puerto Vallarta was already such a beautiful place to visit, but staying here made the trip even more special. I honestly have nothing negative to say about our experience. We had an amazing time and made so many great memories. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again!"

"Staff at reception were helpful and respectful. Angeles, a front desk clerk was extremely accommodating to our vacation needs. She was able to move us to a different room when the first one was not to standards. The second room was clean and had a partial view to the beach! The hotel had an amazing view to the beach!!! The proximity to walking distance restaurants was amazing and worth while. The restaurant “Mar y Vino” had amazing staff, beach view and sunset, food was delicious and well presented. Highlight of a trip! For breakfast, Kaiser Maximilian Espresso Bar, we loved a restaurant on the premises, Pueblo bonito restaurant with live music. Coffee break after a walk on the beach around the corner, next to Cafe de Olla. The emersion of the culture around this hotel is a reality. We were there for 16 de sept. “El grito“, Mexican Independence Day parade by local students and Naval with their huskies. If you are there for the culture this will be the center of it all."
