"The apartment location is great, the area is secured and close to many services and grocery stores. It is equipped for long term stays. My only downsize is the laundry equipment, they have a washer / dryer combo which I would prefer they have a separate washer and dryer. The current washer machine does not have a hose connection to the hot water so it washes on cold water only. "
