Super place close to sites but out of traffic area

Excellent service helping with tours and transport and shopping, spacious room over a large courtyard with outdoor furniture, comfortable beds, heating, hot water, daily water replenishment, great lighting, super clean bathroom, on-site patisserie, safe neighborhood walking distance to sites

Querétaro Downtown

The hotel has a great location and it gives you a great feel of Queretaro architecture. The bakery for breakfast is delicious and the waitress is great! Hotel service totally depends on the shift. If the lady is there, you’ll have a nice experience and she will be very helpful, but if you have the guy, be prepared for weak service and a very disinterested attitude.

Colonial house, 3 stories suite with the bedrooms. 2 bathrooms. If you like climbing stairs, this is the one for you. Something different !

el internet pésimo, nunca me pude conectar, decía "conectado pero sin servicio de internet", me quejé tres veces y nunca pusieron atención, el agua supercaliente tanto que imposible bañarse, excusa, que las tuberías estaban a la intemperie, tres veces tuve que esperar a que abrieran la puerta porque cerraban or algún motivo y al llegar no atendían para abrir, cerrado con cadena y candado, hasta que buenamente llegara alguien a atender, y una campanilla para timbrar que el badajo está afuera de la campana, asi que el sonido imperceptible, tal vez para no molestar a los clientes pero creo es una falla de calidad grabe, gracias, no creo regresar, aunque deberían poner atención porque es cómodo por sus habitaciones de tres plantas, aunque falta un lavaplatos o lavamanos abajo, y su ubicación es excelente, buenos restaurantes al rededor y bares... calificación 3 de 5

La propiedad es muy linda y el personal muy amable y servicial, pero no se le ha dado el mantenimiento debido, los baños tienen mal olor que viene del drenaje, las toallas y ropa de cama muy viejas. La limpieza de la ropa de cama es dudosa y esto no permite descansar. Si el costo de mantener el hotel en buenas condiciones es mayor, habría que cobrar más; no cobrar menos y descuidar tanto las instalaciones.
