Magnificent views come with this family home. A short walk to town with its many wonderful restaurants, live music and clubs, turn the other way up the street and there are bush walks to the top of Bob's Peak and Ben Lomond.... there is so much to do... Queenstown is the ultimate holiday destination, whether bungi jumping, mountain biking and jet boating are your thing or chilling with a book, a wine and that view, there is something for everyone - all year round, young and old.
Our house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of the rooms have a queen size bed, the third room has a double bed and a single bed. The sofa in the living room also pulls out to be a bed and you will find a fold out trundle bed and a porta-cot in the bedroom cupboard. Two heat pumps upstairs and downstairs will keep you warm and cosy and all of the bedrooms have radiators and electric blankets. There is a full kitchen with all amenities and a BBQ on the back deck.
Our house is 30 minutes from Coronet Peak ski resort and 45 from the iconic Remarkables, close to all amenities, supermarkets, restaurants and shops, Twin C is situated in a cut de sac at the bottom of Bob's Peak amongst some of the original baches of Queenstown. Biking and walking tracks to Ben Lomond start at the end of the road.
Special conditions: Whereas it is a house for groups and it is a fun house in a fun place. It is not a house for partying all night in as it is in a residential area with neighbours who work 24/7 (and who we have to get on with!). So we ask that you respect this and keep noise down and inside after 10pm.
Pets and children are very welcome but please be aware the property is not fully fenced.

Amazing views of the snow capped mountains. Very close to the main street of Queenstown. Our family loved sitting on the top floor and looking out at the amazing ski fields of Queenstown.
Comfortable stay, great location walkable for reasonable level of fitness. Good cooking facilities, slow cooker, lots of utensils etc. Lovely view from sitting room, nice big sofa and dinning table. No parking directly outside property but use of a spacious garage with internal access. Would recommend this house for an active family. Thanks
It was a very nice stay and its truly a home away from home.very cozy and all the things you need are there from the kitchen,dining,toilets and bedrooms..the host was really helpful and always got a swift reply from our queries. Really loved the view here and made us feel relax after the tours. Thank you for the wonderful and memorable stay!
Great place to stay with lots of space for everyone. 3 Generous bedrooms and a spacious kitchen/dining/lounge area. Beautiful views and a short walk to town. It is a steep uphill walk back to the house.
We spent a lovely weekend in Queenstown as a group of 6. The house was warm, clean, well provisioned and spacious.
Everything was within walking distance and the views from the main living area were amazing!!

Wonderful views and great location. The house was amply supplied with everything you will need. We loved seeing the water from the upstairs living area. You will get your stairs quota in. It is a 3 level house on a hill. It was a joy working with Nicky.
We had a group of 4 adults and 4 kids.
Ws really impressed with have a 2 bay garage to fit both our vehicles. All the bedrooms are on the lower level and the kitchen dining and living room were upstairs which made it great when putting the kids to bed. The kitchen had everything you possibly want/need and more and it was even stocked with most of your basic pantry staples. The whole experience was completely stress free and really enjoyable. Couldn't fault our stay at all. Thanks so much for everything
Great property in Queenstown, the view out of the living room windows each morning could not be beat! Close enough that you can walk (although construction and dark on the hill at night), all the rooms were clean, and kitchen had what we needed. There are lots of stairs, 3 levels with living room on the top floor, however, I really appreciated that there were several baby gates we put up so the stairs weren't an issue for my 10mo. Bathroom in the master is on the small side, but is a full bath. Owners were very communicative and answered all of my questions...even my worry about snow!
The dining room has a big window with lake view, which makes us the most memorable experience during the stay.
The dining room is big with all the facilities we need, though the water tap and heater are old. The dining room is warm but the bedrooms downstairs are cold, the heater seems old.
It is a 5-minute drive from the town centre but the appartment is located upslope. The road is very narrow and it is difficult for us to park a 8-seater van. We cannot park our vehicle in the garage, but the space outside is not flat with rock and stairs. We spent lots of time to park our vehicle.
The host has a very nice communication with us before and during our stay.
Great location, beautiful home, view 10/10. Spent 3 nights here and it was just magical, we were also lucky to have such a great host which helped make the experience enjoyable and seamless. Highly recommend!
