"Room is big, comfortable beds, next to shopping mall and metro, nearby cafes, good hotel facilities. But the room lift lobby has a smoky smell in the air, like someone smoking in the room or aircon duct. "

"A good stay in a nice hotel. The pool was lovely and large, pool attendants kind and helpful. Rooms could use a deep clean as there was grime around the bath sink water overflow opening (room 1724). A light refresh of the wood features in the room would be well worth it. Breakfast was quite good."

My room was compact but comfortable, with a good bed, strong air conditioning, and reliable Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly and efficient at check-in and always willing to help with directions or taxis. Breakfast offered a good selection and was well organised. I also appreciated the convenient location, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and shops nearby. Overall, this is a solid mid-range hotel offering good value for money.
