The flat was renovated in 2016 and, with a living space of 165 m², has plenty of room for eight adults. An extra bed for one or two children in the parents' room is also possible. Tastefully and decoratively furnished, this holiday flat offers just the right setting for your stay in this thousand-year-old half-timbered town that is well worth seeing.
The flat is divided into four separate bedrooms, which are equipped with all amenities, such as box-spring beds measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m and some with modern TV. All bedrooms can be completely darkened by external blinds. Two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers, a double washbasin and cosy underfloor heating round off the comfort. A washing machine is also available. The central meeting point of the flat is the spacious living room with a wonderful XXL real leather sofa in U-shape, which offers space for all guests in front of the modern flat-screen TV. The living room leads to the brand-new fitted kitchen, which is fully equipped and has a large dining table for eight people.
From the living room you can reach the beautiful sun terrace with outdoor seating.
A stair lift is available for wheelchair users for the few steps to the flat. The entire flat is rented out as a non-smoking flat and is barrier-free.
The town's historic market square is only 350 metres away. There are several good restaurants, cafés, a bakery and a butcher as well as many specialised shops in the immediate vicinity. Sturdy shoes are recommended for your explorations, as the thousand-year-old town of Quedlinburg, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, has many cobbled streets. On request, we can offer our guests 2-3 car parking spaces (no minibuses) for a fee in a private car park in Mummental just 50 metres from the flat.
