The property itself was very large, clean and modern. The only issue was street parking was difficult and the unit was nosiy from both neighbors and people walking outside as it's on the first floor. The location was a little sketchy but proximity to highways and Vieux Quebec was perfect, not to mention the great price.

The loft is great and as clean as it can get. But the neighbours living upstairs are super noisy, kids running around, etc. I spent the evening with noise cancelling headphones on to concentrate on what i was doing. There are also lots of construction sites in the area so its noisy in the morning too.

Beautiful spot to rest between meetings while travelling for work. Very comfortable and quiet. However, there is a leak in the ceiling in the bathroom that should be fixed. There was a puddle on the floor and I could see water dripping out from the light.

Lots of space in a great location.

Well located and spacious loft. It’s designed with taste, very clean and the kitchen is well equiped. Lots of places to eat out in walking distance too. It’s on the street level so it’s not very private and can be a little loud at night but that wouldn’t keep me from going back.

don't stay at any of the property from this company ( les lofts) there are only 2 people managing 24 properties that they simply don't have the time to even pick up the phone. and they do, since they don't speak english very well that they are no help. it was a frightening experience. especially this apartment is located on the street level that opens directly to street but the problem is that it's in a very shady area. And even when I had 'do not disturb' sign out. cleaning staff just walked in 3 times even without knocking on the door. scary place. don't go!

Petit loft bien situé

Petit loft bien situé et tout équipé. Tout est très propre et de pouvoir entrer directement dans le loft à partir de la rue facilite la vie avec les bagages. Je recommande! Il manque toutefois une commode pour les vêtements et une pôle avec des ceintres. Un miroir à maquillage et un loquet intérieur sur la porte d'entrée seraient aussi bienvenus.
