The staff were friendly and spoke English. The hotel’s check in time is at 4pm but if you arrive early, they allow you to store your luggage so you can head out and explore the city while you wait. It’s about 20min walk to Old Quebec City but keep in mind the route to Old Quebec js uphill so the walk can be a bit challenging. Overall, it was a great stay. The place was clean, spacious and comfortable. The only minor downside was the water pressure in the bathroom was a little bit weak.

Adriel was amazing the evening of our arrival. The rest of the staff only so so - had to get their attention. Location is great - once you have checked in. Parking to check in, on a rainy night, after a long drive was awful. No place to park in front of the hotel and endless one way streets to get to the back entrance - which Adriel offered to us after we double parked and went to the front desk. Garbage collection in the back alley woke us up at 7AM at least 1 day - no wonder they furnish earplugs,

First impressions are not great. Sidewalk all crumbling and vagrants sitting up and down the block. Lobby was fine but not anything special. Rooms were wonderful. Clean modern and well appointed. Location was easily accessible to most of the city. Overall I would say we had a good experience.

Very spacious, comfortable and well designed rooms with impressive high ceilings. Our room had a firmer king sized bed that was very comfortable for sleeping. The room was sound proofed very well. We didn’t hear anything from our neighbours and a minimum of noise from the street. This was actually our second visit to this hotel as I remember liking the rooms. The hotel is actually a bit of a walk from old Quebec City (20 to 30 minutes depending on which route you take). If you have mobility issues, you may need to drive, cab it or reconsider the location. We were ok with walking back and forth to old Quebec City a couple of times a day. We didn’t have a car to park and we used taxis to get to and from the airport (about $45 each way). There is a bit of a rough area near the hotel but no one bothered us on our trek to old Quebec City. We didn’t use any of the amenities at the hotel (restaurants, gym) so I can’t offer a review of them.

Overall, good hotel for good value. Recommended for all but note it's not an easy walk to Old Quebec. Parking garage nearby but a bit pricey. Onsite staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had a spotless kitchen and bathroom. The Murphy bed is in a small room with the kitchen. Bed is in a larger spacious area. A/C was okay but doesn't cool below 19 so not the best for sleeping. Nice bar in the hotel which offers breakfast in the morning. The hotel provides aperitif vouchers for beer / wine upon check-in for each guest. We don't drink and had 2 kids so, thankfully, the bar allowed us to use them for mocktails.

The check in was smooth the staff was helpful and spoke both English and French. They pointed out the super close public covered parking thats offered through the building and reasonbly priced. It was covered had cameras and only accessible through locked doors, giving us peace of mind. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was big and the windows had a nice view to the front of the building. The room had a kitchenette with coffee machine and sink. They also provided glasses and cups for drinks. There are no other amenities to speak of other then a bar/restaurant at ground level that offered us a free glass of wine/drink with our food. They do offered for a fee a breakfast also. The building itself is just within walking distance of Old Quebec if your like walking and exploring. Overall this place is clean and the staff are pleasant. I would definitely recommend a stay at this Hotel.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel room was clean and beds were comfortable. Spacious for the little one to explore around a bit. If in need of a crib being crib sheets. The crib is the folding playpen with basic mat only. Parking is on another street though behind the hotel there is an area to disembark for a few min and check into the hotel. Distance from Frontenac and nearby sight-seeing is a 23-28min walk depending on time of day. A light travel and foldable stroller is strongly advised.

Very nice hotel, art deco decor. Room was spacious and loved that the room had a refrigerator and rain shower. We visited the attached restaurant and bar and they were super friendly! Also, many local restaurants within a couple of blocks. The negatives were the location for visiting the historic district, mostly uphill walk , but there is always ride share or bus options. We walked and it wasn’t too bad if you’re in decent shape. Would recommend staying here especially since it is more economical than old town.
