The hotel is situated in an area where there are a lot of shops and restaurants. PLus the architecture of the buildings was fantastic. Really enjoyed our stay
My daughter and I stayed at hotel Marie-Rollet over the thanksgiving weekend. We were lucky enough to be assigned room one which was just inside the main entrance. The room was very spacious and in the perfect location for walking around and catching transportation for tours. We would definitely stay here again.
I only stayed for one night but the room i stayed in was clean, tidy and smelled good when I entered
The front desk employee was professional and made every instructions clear
No problem with the hotel
This is an older building and understandably harder to maintain, but the room was very clean and the stuff was extremely nice and helpful. The main problem was the absence of elevator but the stairs were manageable. Overall, if you want a great location at a reasonable price, I recommend this hotel.
Bring a robe if you
Use the washroom at night. The bathroom is down the hall passed other rooms. The single
Room is next to the stairs to go up so I met people not on my floor heading up
To theirs as I went to the washroom down the hall. Great location and place otherwise! Room was perfect for solo traveller.
Room was very cozy and bed was excellent for sleeping…only issue for us was steep stairs ar entrance.
If seniors plan to book they should made aware of that issue and stairs also to rooms and in rooms.
Perfect location to walk through the Old Quebec area.
The location of this hotel is fantastic. Short walk to most of the historical sites and surrounded by lovely Old Quebec streets to explore and many small restaurants. The high ceiling room is filled with antiques and very quiet with the multiple window coverings (two windows, wooden shutters, and heavy velvet curtains).
Great location. The staff held our bags for us before checkin and brought them to our room! Only negative was that there were just two flat pillows on the bed.
Location was great. Parking was a nightmare. Definitely call before for options. Check-in process that was communicated by email was confusing - call 24 hours in advance, limited front desk help. Front desk was silent, never returned our calls. We were running late and were not sure anyone would be there when we arrived. Upon arrival we found the front desk was staffed from 8 am - 7 pm which would have relieved my stress levels. The rooms are quaint, comfortable and clean.
