I like the property because it is accessible to bus and shopping mall which is the Laurier Mall.The staffs at the reception desk and the kitchen staff are friendly and approachable. The room is clean and the beddings are neatly tucked in. The breakfast served was excellent. I will likely to recommend this hotel to my friends.

We really enjoyed our stay. It's a nicely fashioned and well-maintained hotel. It's a straight shot down the road to old Quebec (a few kilometers). We took advantage of the included breakfast. It wasn't anything exceptional, but we appreciated having it.

Hotel was clean. Rooms are decent size with most amenities. Breakfast could have been better. Breakfast menu was the same all 3 days we stayed and there were not many options in hot breakfast items.

The breakfast was underwhelming and the staff would arrive for bed and room turnover service far too early in the morning (8:00 am or earlier) sheets and towels were not replaced unless requested, rooms were clean but the amenities such as the pool had already been closed for the season and was not communicated in prior correspondence to be shut down

Free location and nice sized room, and nice sized bathroom. My only complaint is that in the two days and three nights we were there, we never got any room service. I even went to the desk and told them we were leaving for the day and we need to fresh towels. If you get breakfast there going the early side because the seating is limited. Other than that, it was a great stay!
