The staff member was just about to leave when we arrived and she stayed to help us store our bikes downstairs and bring us towels. Very helpful. Very clean. Comfortable beds. We would definitely recommend and come back.

Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations. From the smooth check-in to the spotless rooms, comfortable beds, and attentive staff, the experience was seamless. There is a beautiful beautifull fall Jean Larose near that hotel worth to see, nice big church to visit inside, good coffee and sandwiches at Café Appolo in the area, the Quai look out to Orleans Island is nice too.

Lovely hotel!

All was very good except the pillows-they were flat or hard as a rock. The woman attendant at the desk was absolutely friendly and helpful despite our poor language skills. Highly recommend this location!

Cute and Clean

It was cute and clean. I would recommend it if you want to just sleep there. The Resto Bar and Bistro were not open, there was no coffee even tho the room had everything to make it. Self check in was easy and there is a nice field next to it if you bring your dog. The Pamphlet, I feel, must cater to a different time of year.

Quiet retreat

The beds were very comfortable, and there was no noise from other occupants or running in the hall, it was wonderful. The front desk could have been more knowledgeable when asked about places to go, but we had our destination already. Another downfall was the stairs but overall it was wonderful we walked to 3 restaurants after a great day on ile D'Orlean and old Quebec. We will stay there again.

The room was comfortable, check-in easy. Although a coffee machine and sugar were provided, no coffee was. Some guests received a breakfast; others did not. The distinction was unclear.
