My boyfriend and I enjoyed staying at this motel during our roadtrip to Quebec! The check-in was extremely smooth. We were given a thorough email before arriving that included our door code, and we had no problem getting into our room when we arrived at 12:30am. We didn't have to speak to anyone in person! The place felt pretty clean when we arrived, but we did find a few hairs in the bathroom. Two staff members knocked on our door on Friday morning to ask about cleaning, and I told them that we would be leaving shortly, but when we returned later that day, we saw no sign of anyone having cleaned our unit. We also found some scuffs and scratches throughout the place upon arriving. The hot water knob of the shower was not screwed on well and fell off multiple times, and both the sink and shower dripped constantly. The gym and indoor pool are not located in the building where we stayed; they are actually in there own building that is a 5 minute drive away. We found that building a bit difficult to navigate, because you must go through the pool changerooms to get to the gym, but we made it work! The kitchenette was lovely to use and perfect for two people. Nearly all of the appliances and dishes we wanted to use were supplied, but we were not provided any pots. Our favourite part was the gorgeous view of Mount Saint Anne right outside our window!! Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and we likely would return!
