The Jazz Club was a plus. We went to the 5:30 performance two nights and the 8:30 performance one night. We could hear music in our room, but it quit around 11

Close to most tourist sites. Minimal service, though instructions were easy to follow. My room had a broken coffee machine, a bathroom door that didn’t close, and a few other small issues. Bed was very comfortable, though, and WiFi was excellent. Overall, it was good for the reasonable cost, considering the location.

Very small but nice. Poor lighting over sink. High ceilings. Very quiet house. Best location for walking everywhere. NO parking facility at hotel. Found Parking 1 block away at City Hall for cheap.

This is a small, charming, affordable boutique type hotel. We booked a regular room and just prior to arrival we received a text upgrading us to a multi-room junior suite because of maintenance issue. This room was VERY spacious and elegantly decorated. Very centrally located in Old Quebec City within walking distance of everything. After arrival, we left a voicemail with a couple of questions and promptly received a response. Highly recommended!

The hotel was in the middle of old Quebec , it was walkable for all main areas The family room we took we sooo big and beds are comfortable The bathroom is so old but functional

There is no face to face contact with anyone. I was there for three nights, shower backed up, the TV didn't work, the air conditioner squealed the whole night and the ice machine was broken. The # I called sent someone to fix the TV...he knew less than me and threw up his hands saying it was broken. No communication back about these problems. I had previously stated at their sister Hotel, enjoyably...it's undergoing renovation now. Never again!

This hotel is in a great location. It is a little outdated and small, if you care about that, don't stay here. It is clean. The communication from staff was conflicting, but we got everything we needed. There is parking available, you just have to talk to the right person. Super easy to check in and out. There is no front desk person, FYI.

You get a code to enter the hotel. No receptionist. No one. Pick up your room key from the desk and self check in. A number to call if you need help, to leave a message. Someone calls you back. Only has 5 parking spots. Room was disappointing. Not maintained. Some power outlets didn't work. A/C barely worked. Dust and cobwebs throughout. Holes in sheets. Ice machine had no ice or water and had slime inside; done use. Location was great. However, Any place you stay at in old Quebec has a great location.

The Hotel is very well-located in Vieux Québec, easy walking to everything tourists are looking for. Quiet street. However, the Hotel is an old building & not very well-insulated inside. You can hear talking, snoring, etc. from the room beside you or noise in hallways when people come & go. The room was very small with a bathroom with no room for a sink, so the sink is right beside the bed. It was clean but needs more maintenance on doors sticking, hooks missing or broken, shower door misaligned, etc.

Communication is strictly via messaging, text or phone. The room was very small and cramped. We were situated on the ground floor on an alleyway (so no opening curtains!). The acoustics in this building allow you to hear every little sound coming from adjacent rooms. The area itself is quiet and convenient. There were some simple maintenence issues that need attention.
