The room was very spacious, and having a kitchen was a big plus for those who prefer to cook their own meals. There’s also a supermarket just one block away, which is very convenient. The hotel is a good option if you have a car, as it makes getting around easier. Overall, a convenient place to stay!

I stayed here for eight nights and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the room especially comfortable. The size of the property was great for our group. We could have used a few more towels but we made due. We didn’t have a pan to cook dinner on but went to get foil at the Metro. The beds were so comfy and the bedding was so soft. The balcony was awesome. 10/10 we would chose this property to stay again.

My stay at the Grand Studio was extremely comfortable. Very spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen. Things i missed: full length mirror. Good to have Dish washing soap but no scrubber !! Some thoughtful human add-ins would be great, in this zero human contact furnished residences. Everything else was great.

We had a great time at this lovely property. We were six people, and we all felt very comfortable. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend this place for a stay in Quebec City. It’s conveniently located near Old Quebec and other major attractions.

Large comfortable appartment well located as described with a large shower and full kitchen and large closets. Ample space for group or family .Easy self check in process with codes for door and garage access. Balcony with chairs to enjoy the morning sun. Could use a deep cleaning and / or fresh paint. A few more towels and dishcloths and cleaning supplies would be a great add on .

We had some trouble with the check in process, primarily because there was no staff on site and everything was done electronically. We received the check-in info the night before our departure on our trip and we were on the road the next day. We had difficulty paying for the parking en route. I would recommend settling the parking payment in advance. We stayed for 7 nights and were in the Grand Studio, which was clean and spacious. However the placement of the furniture is not practical for long-term stays - the TV is in an awkward place relative to the sofa, and the queen bed practically filled the niche it is in making it awkward for two people to use properly. The staff were attentive to any issues we had. The wi-fi worked well.

We were a group of seven and stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. Everything went smoothly, from the self check-in process to the convenient parking. The neighborhood felt safe and secure, making our stay even more enjoyable. The unit was well-equipped with complete kitchen utensils, which was perfect for our group. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The place was clean and very conveniently located. However, there is no staff available on site. Guests need to access the building, the elevator, and the room using access codes. We booked 2 rooms and one opened fine. The second room did NOT recognize the code we were given, and after 3 attempts the door was blocked and no longer responded at all. We arrived after 10pm and there was no assistance by phone available anywhere, the numbers provided received no answer after multiple attempts. Eventually we were able to contact a staff member through an Instagram post and they thankfully helped us, so were able to access our room about 1 hour later, but we could easily have ended up not being able to access the room at all! Also, both rooms had loud noises coming from the wall or AC, which woke us up repeatedly.

Very nice, clean, gig balcony, AC and a gorgeous view of the city. It was well furnished, with a functioning kitchen, big fridge and freezer. It was easy to follow the instruction to access the room, even at night and had several seciruty features to access the building, elevator and room. Only downsides (very minor) : it would have been nice to have more than 2 towels for a two rooms app for a week and 1 kitchen garbage bag. Well situated if you are going to Université Laval for a couple of days. Would go back anytime.

I always have a great experience here, clean, safe and close to everything you need. Just be aware of all the extra charges, like cleaning fee and parking which they have increased their price on. Otherwise, highly recommended.
