Some complaints are that the pillows were awful - lumpy and uncomfortable.This house does NOT sleep 14 people. Our smallest person, a12 year old child, could not fit on the futon beds. However, it appears to be owned by a company, with no homey touches, and poor management practices. Upon our arrival, there were a couple of issues that needed addressing. Unfortunately the property was not clean, there were crumbs on the couch and sheets were missing, what sheets were there had hair on them , dirty socks etc. When I reached to the property manager , late night , the manager was responsive and immediately addressed it. "Washing machine had ALOT of wet sheets when we arrived, so we dried them, folded them and put them on the dining table. Shampoo and conditioner would have been appreciated. So would pepper and oil.
