"The space was great for our party of 11 - bigger then it looked on the photos. We really enjoyed the location and the common areas. Some complaints are that the pillows were awful - lumpy and uncomfortable.This house does NOT sleep 14 people. Our smallest person, a12 year old child, could not fit on the futon beds. Unfortunately the property was not clean, there were crumbs on the couch and sheets were missing, what sheets were there had hair on them , dirty socks etc. When I reached to the property manager , late night , the manager was responsive and immediately addressed it.
