「My booking dates was changed without my approval and it caused additional charges to me. I had to stay one night one private house and second night moved to VIP room by payed additional money.」

「Very clean and well managed hotel with extremely helpful staff. It's there is no one around who speaks English, I am sure things will work out with Translate app. It is very clean and quiet and has only been open for 1.5 years. Definitely recommended. 」

「Couple points to make staying even better: - ants in the house (n25), probably to clean up them a bit - second floor is seems to be useless, would be better to put 2 usual beds there for family staying, it was stated that 5 sleeping places but there were only 4, we had to order another bed. Which is fine but all the beds were uncovered, it took time etc. ordinary beds with cover resolve such a problem - no plates in the kitchen - wardrobe in the sleeping room is almost broken - it’s unstable -...

They have three restaurants and each one was great. The staff is friendly and exceptionally attentive. I wish we had more time there, we would love to return! 「The Gabala Karavansaray Hotel was a clean modern hotel about a ten minute walk from the centre of Gabala. The rooms were modern and spacious. The indoor pool and steam room were an added bonus. The breakfast provided plenty of options and was of a great quality. The only slight issue was the lack of dining options close by the hotel but there are plenty of choices in town. I would definitely stay here again if in Gabala.」
