"We booked a romantic stay in Paris and when we got to our hotel and room, realised the room smelled of paint and the whole building was going through renovations. Which was NOT disclosed by the owners on purpose to avoid scaring customers away. The only reason this is a two star is because of the lovely staff. "

"The room was so small and noisy because it's on the busy road. Also, they had no AC and you need to remember 4 code to be able to enter in the room...1 for the main entrance, one for the stairs, another one for the hall and finally one code for the room. But th location was excellent."

"Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Spa experience was outstanding! I had a massage and facial and both were first rate. The outdoor garden is lovely but it was a little to cold to enjoy during our visit. Only negative was we got a free bottle of water on the first and second nights but none on the next three nights. At 1500 Euro per night the least they could do is offer free water each night! Rooms were nicely appointed."
