I prepaid for an EV parking spot because I needed to charge my car. However, when I arrived in the evening, my designated spot was occupied by another vehicle. I called customer service several times before finally getting through. They said they would ask the manager to coordinate, but the car was never moved. I then tried to park in another EV spot, but that charging station was broken, which left me unable to charge at all. It wasn’t until 10:30 the next morning that the Volvo—an ICE car that didn’t even need charging—finally moved. Fortunately, I still had enough range to drive a few kilometers to charge elsewhere; otherwise, it would have been a very scary situation. In the room, there were two heaters, and one of them was broken and not working. The bathroom has a glass window with only a sheer white curtain. It felt very unsafe when showering, as it was clearly visible from outside. Overall, the experience was very poor.

Charming and cozy rooms where you can truly feel the atmosphere of Vieux-Québec in this historic building ☺️ The Manoir is quiet, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and is just steps away from Grande-Allée avenue and other interesting attractions. The room and bathroom were very clean and well presented. There’s a Nespresso machine in the room, which is a nice touch There’s also a communal kitchen in the basement +++ Check-in and most services are self-service, but the staff is quick to respond and easy to reach by text. Abbygail, Audrey, and Pier-Olivier were super helpful🙌
