"Upon arrival, we’re warmly greeted by Miss Frances. Our cottage was very pretty and comfortable. We met “Lucky” the baby goat and “Rosie” the herding dog. And lots of beautiful chickens. The location was perfect for sightseeing thru Fairhope and lots of restaurants and the pier. Highly recommended "

"My wife and checked in about 3 pm Friday and unpackèd we left the room and came back about 11 pm . We went to bed about 11:15 and noticed the pillowcases did not smell clean it was almost a sweaty smell.Due to the latenesso th hour I didn't call anyone that complain until the next morning.When I got out of the shower appx 7am It smelled like our room had been smoked in or very close to our room.I reported it to the front desk about 8:30 am Saturday and and told them we would be back between 12 noon and 1pm we would like everything taken care of because we would have to get ready for a wedding that afternoon. The Hotel rep didn't see to concerned.even when I told him we were having to transfer our clothes back to our car to avoid getting a nicotine smell to them.It was so inconvenient and the room was sprayed with something like Lysol to mask the nicotine odor. It appeared to last about an hour and the odor was back again. No one ever checked on us to see if we we.satisfied with the room after we çompained.We checked out of our room about 745 am this morning I called the front desk to let them know we were checking out and were dissatisfied with everything that happened. Their were no apologies offered nor a reduction price for the room we stayed in. Holiday Inn Express nearly ruined our trip.We have stayed at Holiday Inn Express.several times and used Hotels.com severaltimes but we were so disappointed with both we will probably never use either.again."

"Hotel is slightly run down. Could use some updating. Lady at front desk sparky. Housekeeping staff very nice. Great location and centrally located. Breakfast is hit and miss. Dining room chairs definitely need some help,chairs are very worn."

"We had a relaxing, lovely stay at this farm. The space is serene and absolutely beautiful, with sunlit forested trees and open grassy areas that made it feel like a retreat. Enjoying coffee while taking in the surrounding nature was priceless. The apartment was spotless and had a charming farmhouse feel. The beds were comfortable, and it had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly loved being here and would gladly return. Paulina"
