The entry level features a queen bedroom ideal for couples, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds that are perfect for children or additional guests. A queen sleeper sofa in the lower-level living room provides added flexibility, and two full bathrooms ensure everyone has plenty of space to unwind after a day of adventure.

Occupancy: Per New York state and county regulations, the occupancy for this property is strictly limited. The maximum occupancy stated on this listing is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time, including infants and children. This includes both day and overnight guests, no exceptions. The maximum occupancy for this home is 16.

1. You will receive a message upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our House Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 2 dogs under 50 lbs allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog.
