"The hotel is pretty much in an industrial isolated area. There is nothing good about other than perhaps if you are planning to stay one night only. The internet did not work. Staff could not communicate and language was a huge barrier. They did try with their translation app but it really didn’t do justice. Thumbs up for their effortsZ "

"everything went smoothly although we arrived at 03:00 am, the pick up driver was there already at our arrival and drive us to the hotel, Check in formality went orderly and all was just fine.Thank you very much"

"Love my room layout! The decor, high dome ceiling and chandeliers, walking closet, second tub with shower, the automatic toilet, the big round jacuzzi tub with the view, the soft light robes and the comfy slippers. Unfortunately, the housekeeping was not up to par. Had to called multiple times to get some service. Wish the hotel have. Full service nice looking bar over looking the lake while enjoy the afternoon tea or cocktails, and a convenience store to buy some necessity like snacks, etc. "
