「フロントの対応が素晴らしい。夕食の店や街の情報を丁寧に教えてくれて最高に楽しめました。レンタル自転車も三時間無料でしたし、コーヒーやクッキーなどが夜10時まで飲むことのできる､ゆったりしたロビーもあります。 翌日に早く出発するので朝食は食べられなかったのですが、何とお弁当にしてくれました。国内外で、色々なホテルに宿泊しましたが、初めての事で感激しました。」

「I tried to book another night and hotel insisted on us checking out first from current room, wait in the lobby for 5 hours until 4 pm to check into the new room (despite of the fact that some rooms were cleaned, vacant and available for immediate occupancy). 「服務員非常有禮貌，值得一讚，入住旅行車設計不錯，但廁所清潔有待改善，廁所窗簾非常殘舊也應該更換，早餐需要改善，溫度款式也需要增加，附近購物方便」
