Absolutely wonderful hotel. Everything is beautiful and carefully looked after and every member of staff we encountered was amazing. I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. We travel a lot and the Parklane is up there with one of our favorites ever.

Excellent. Fantastic kids club set up form out 5 and 3 year old. Very friendly staff and welcoming. Super pool/beach set up for family. Great restaurants. Only thing was the Lanes evening buffet I believe was not super value. Touch expensive for what it was. Otherwise could not fault the trip.

Gorgeous. Rooms and resort have all of the finishing touches for a high end resort. The staff are experienced and add an extra level of class to the place. They were outstanding. The food is another highlight. Excellent sommeliers too! Comfortable beds (and they accommodated the temperature I wanted the room nice and cool). Pools were heated and there were always staff to help with towels and cabanas. The spa is exceptional.

Great, high class resort! Family trip 3 nights bed&breakfast. We had a regular room with sea view. The room was high standard, big and just amazing. Perfect size for 2 adults and two children. Nice balcony. Service impeccable with everything from handling your car, luggage and anything else. Absolutely great outdoor areas, many pools (6+?) and direct access to a sandy beach with sunbeds. Several restaurants on the premises, although quite expensive compared to the local restaurants in the nearby. We did a mix of this. Seperate kids area, with a big (!) playgorund and waterpark. Very popular. Breakfast was very nice, good coffee and they offered eggs benedict upon request. We will come back!

I’ve stayed in this hotel Many times before, but this one was a terrible one. Nobody answered my emails and phone calls regarding an early check in, despite I’ve done it well in advance, if early check in is unavailable -that’s fine, but at least I wanted to know about this possibility or at least someone answer me. Gentleman at the reception told me that’s not acceptable and he will find me a room in an hour, but he found one only in 3 hours. First room we’ve checked in was dirty, with iron-damaged sofa, dirty floors and 50% empty minibar. When we requested to move to different room, our request was accepted and new room was perfect. There was a big conference during our stay, and hotel staff were caring about this conference more than their guests, most of the restaurants were unavailable, because of this conference, and the only option was “try our pan-Asian restaurant” at the lobby - not the the best gesture. I was waiting for a cup for more than one day, and asked if it's possible to bring a vase in the room, I was waiting for more than an hour at night, I tried to call reception with in room phone and by mobile Phone- no answer, I came down to the reception to ask for a vase and asked if it's possible to bring one. I would completely understand if it wouldn't be possible, but staff told me “of course” and I was waiting ages. Everything went wrong this time. But I wanted to say huge thank you to beach staff and valet parking staff.

The hotel is clean but very crowded. Nice little private beach. It is not very close to restaurants, you need to take a taxi/uber or drive out to other areas of town with restaurants. If you look for a romantic or peaceful vacation, this may not be the hotel as many families with kids are at this hotel.
