Royal flower many times

Stayed many times at the Royal Flower. Reserved, arrived late evening and in the morning caught train to Hsipaw. Good value and superbly kind staff.

Have stayed in much nicer places for less money

Very nice and welcoming owners.This place is very central and quiet at night.Beds very comfortable but sheets too small for bed.The bathrooms are not western standards exposed pipes and dripping water everywhere and dirty.

Lovely stay

The family made our stay a pleasure. Recommending local restaurants, helping us get train tickets and providing lots of helpful advice. The room was clean and comfortable. The rooftop pleasant for sunset. If you are looking for a nice family run guest house I would definitely reccomend.
