A family-friendly coastal property, situated in an enviable, elevated position on the popular Cae Du estate. It is less than a mile from the harbour and golf club and less than half a mile from Abersoch’s long and sandy main beach. Abersoch is a bustling seaside village with a variety of high-end shops, restaurants and cafes to discover. Whether you want a peaceful getaway or an adventure-packed holiday, you can enjoy the best of both worlds here. There’s a fully certified RYA and AALA sailing school in the village, where you can try paddle boarding, kayaking, yachting and powerboating. Surfers and water sports enthusiasts can head to Porth Neigwl in nearby Pwllheli (2.6 miles), which is a fantastic spot for swimming, fishing and kayaking.
A set of steps leads to the front door of the property. Once inside, the accommodation is set out across one level. Step inside the bright and airy hallway with hanging space for coats and bags. The inviting hallway leads you to the stylish open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area with ambient lighting and coastal touches throughout. Take a seat on the large blue corner sofa or one of the contrasting teal armchairs for a family movie night, play games on the Wii, or simply take in views of the garden from the large gallery window. Enjoy informal meals from the breakfast bar or gather around the table in the elegant dining area, which has large bi-fold doors onto the rear patio to seamlessly extend the living space outdoors. The king-size bedroom has a sumptuous grey-framed bed and offers views across the front garden, while the twin bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements and views across the rear garden. Both bedrooms boast high-quality bedding for a restful night's sleep. The bedrooms are served by a luxury bathroom with a shower over the bath.
Outdoors, children can play in the enclosed lawned garden to the rear of the property, while adults can enjoy drinks or a meal on the patio area with contemporary garden furniture and a Weber gas BBQ (available from easter to October half term) The property also benefits from a large open lawned garden area at the front.
