"This place is a diamond in the rough. A lovely quiet reprieve from the business and dusty streets. We loved Tilcara for its history, food, authentic nature. The pool was literally half-full of water, the room was tiny with absolutely zero sitting area in the room (just a bed cramped in the room), and there was zero circulation or air conditioning.
