「If you’re planning a vacation with your fam I would like to recommend Las veraneras resort but be aware that their Hotel most be amazing but is totally different if you booked online for a “rancho” communication with this type of agencies is terrible also they better improve with the cleanliness. 「Terrible experience. If you don't have staff to attend to guests, you have to make things work. The hotel isn't finished, everything around the pool had bleach on it, all my friend's clothes were ruined. I told the owner and still there's no response. We also had to buy clothes. When we arrived at the affiliated restaurant, they "couldn't find" our reservation until 45 minutes later, only to serve us a terrible breakfast.
