  • One of the best units in Keel Club- units. Perfect condo for TWO people who want to walk TWO minutes to have TOO much fun at the Cass Cay Grill!! Watch boats, manatees and dolphins as you sip coffee or wine in the private, screened in lanai facing the marina. Relax after a long day in comfortable king size bed. The bedroom is bright with patio door leading out to lanai. Well stocked kitchen with Keurig coffee maker. Living room with Smart TV and Netflix. Free WIFI. In unit washer/dryer. Large parking lot. Elevator in building. Gated community with three restaurants, can rent bikes and kayaks . Live music and entertainment at Links and Cass Cay Tiki Bar. Charter boats for fishing also available. 18 hole golf course, pickle ball courts and fitness club on site. Can purchase guest pass for fee.
