We are local hosts and spent 6 months making our place GREAT for You! It’s new, clean, and ready for your stay while making memories or working in the area. We take great pride in what we have to offer. We are about 10 minutes away from shopping, parks, so many amazing restaurants, historic downtown Punta Gorda and some of the most amazing sunrises and sunsets around. There’s so much to explore here. Come enjoy a slice of paradise.

Great base to operate from

Nice one bedroom unit. Better than expected. Very quiet. Super clean. Comfortable porch to get some morning sun. No complaints at all.

Nice and quaint

The space is not too big, but gets the job done for sure. Great fridge and tv to watch movies or sports on. Was barely at the house but was a good home base to have. Would recommend.

Very clean

Very clean. Just nice size for 2. Everything worked great, looked new and updated. It would be really nice if there was a low bench in the closet or under the bedroom TV to put suitcases on.

Clean but Uncomfortable

This looks to be a refurbished 1950s motel. It was clean but amenities few. No cable TV. Everything must be streamed. Small uncomfortable bed, very small bedroom and closet.Few kitchen cabinets to put food into. No icemaker or even ice cube trays. Older adults need to be able to put their feet up to avoid swelling. There was no way to do that. Furniture needs to be a little higher for ease to get in and out.. The tiny room had a small, low, love seat and a small low chair. The dining corner had a tiny table and two very uncomfortable wooden chairs. The one place where we could put our feet up was the small, too soft bed. There wasn't enough storage space. The tub/shower was difficult to get in and out. On a positive note, the taller toilet was much appreciated. The landlord was very responsive when the AC acted up, but it never worked right. We either froze or roasted, and it was very loud. The kitchen was tiny and had no ice. It had a Keurig for coffee and no can opener or decent bowls, so we bought a regular coffee pot, bowls, and a can opener at Walmart. The shared laundry room was excellent and well equipped, and outside was adequate parking and a nice gas grill. The small porch accommodated two chairs. The location was very close to both US 41 and I-75. so it was convenient, but very isolated behind an old motel, with nothing else around. It was safe, relatively quiet, and security was well planned. There was no access to a pool. The nearest YMCA doesn't have a pool, so the only swimming option was the beaches several miles away. The landlord was very nice, and answered our texts immediately. The place was clean, but inadequately furnished for a comfortable longterm stay. Not recommended for older people wanting a long stay.

Beach/Real estate

We felt very safe & comfortable at this property. Everything was spotless with easy parking & code for door.(no trying to keep up with key!) Although we were in middle room with one on each side we were pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was even when other rooms were occupied. We would recommend for anyone staying in the area!
