Invista um pouco mais e vá para outro hotel
Nova administração/gerência iniciada há 2 semanas, segundo os funcionários. Desorganização em nível máximo.
Checkin não realizado por falta de impressora. 5h esperando na recepção por um quarto limpo. Quarto entregue sem travesseiro, toalha, lixeiro, microondas, geladeira....e para fechar com chave de ouro, ao abrir o chuveiro a água caía em cima do vaso sanitário.

Caro para el nivel de servicio entregado. Muchos problemas de implementación. Ascensores en mal estado y escape de gas en la habitación. Peligroso. Ningún servicio adicional adecuado. A excepción de cancha de paddle tenis y piscina.

An Apart-Hotel very light on the Apart Part
My stay was alright. It was clean and most importantly the bed and mattress were comfortable. For $130US per night it provides little value compared with North American standards. For an establishment which calls itself an Apart-Hotel the Apart part was sparse. Nothing to write home about.

Decepcionante.
Reservamos um chale para 5 pessoas, porem os itens que constavam na reserva não era o mesmo que nos foi apresentado. Segundo a recepção deve ter sido algum erro e infelizmente eles nao tinham o quarto igual ao que reservamos.
Eram dois quartos porem só um tinha ar condicionado, os banheiros eram sujos, tivemos que comprar todo o material pra limpeza (detergente, esponja, até pano de chao e prato). Nao tinha utensilios suficientes como copo, prato e talher.
O Wi-fi tinha apenas na recepção do hotel, o que as vezes nem funcionava pela quantidade de pessoas que ficavam la pra tentar utilizar.
O cafe da manha ruim, pao duro uma mesa pequena para todo o hotel.
Deixou bastante a desejar.
Apenas a localização era boa, perto da praia e proximo a um mercado.
O hotel é bonito, grande, com piscina, porem pelo que percebemos nao tem uma boa administração, com poucos funcionarios.

Muy recomendable para ir en familia
Nos fue muy bien, la atención y dedicación de su personal es excelente. Le faltan algunas cosas, como wifi en los departamentos. Pero el resto esta bien. Muy bien mantenido y agradable. La relación precio-producto es muy buena. Ideal para ir con niños.

Cobran recargo por pagar con tarjeta de crédito
Si bien el hotel está correcto, es inaceptable que cobren un 5% de recargo por pagar con tarjeta de crédito y que cobren alquiler de cocheras, esto último debería estar incluido.
