Casa Mar Vista is ideally located next to the St Regis. Relax in this peaceful and beautifully decorated unit. Enjoy the expansive private terrace with plunge pool. Located “inside the gates” of the community of Punta Mita. This unit has Premier Golf Membership, granting you access to private Punta Mita beach clubs and golf courses (fees apply for golf). Comes with daily housekeeping, a 6 seat golf cart and private concierge service.

Excellent Property - highly recommend

We absolutely loved our stay. The owner John and the concierge contact Cecilia were wonderful. They made everything so easy. When a few things went awry (out of their control or ours) they stepped in and handled everything perfectly. The condo is gorgeous! The view is amazing and location is ideal. We had two families of 4 (all teen girls) and the rooms are set up perfectly. It’s well appointed, beautifully designed and it felt like a great value overall. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need! You won’t be disappointed.

Las Marietas best location!

My boys & I stayed at this property at Spring Break before it sold to the new owner. If visiting Punta Mita you are at a better advantage to rent a villa instead of staying at hotel. You will have access to all of the different beach clubs and a cook for breakfast & golf cart. The freedom to explore Punta Mita! This unit was a great proprety before and even better now that the new owner has made some upgrades to the home. We will definitely be staying again at this property. I highly recommend - the owner is very communicative and responsive.
