Surprisingly good

Good hotel.we had bit of issue but they did sorted out quickly.welcoming staff and roof top bar and restaurant have good food and drinks and nice atmosphere as well.Staff were very friendly and fulfilled our needs.Made our stay comfortable and relaxed.

Not worth

Though the room was spacious facilities were not so good compared to Radisson blue Delhi airport. No accessibility of lighting system from bed was inconvenient. Very few staff to greet and help you during check in and checkout. Not worth money.

We had a terrible experience here as we were given a smoking room even though we were traveling with 2 children including a baby. It was only after a day that we realized the strong smoke odor. When we asked the front desk to be moved to a non-smoking floor, we had to wait till 2PM for that to happen. As we couldn't go back to our smoking room, we had to roam around the city for 3-4 hours. Apart from that the room were clean and the food was good. I wish they had bigger dinning area as we had to wait for breakfast buffet.

it,s not any more the hotel I knew before the pandemia... It s only 3 stars hotel on an international point of view, room getting old , AC old control to cold and pool eternally in reperation since many years... No flexibility if our business travel change inside 2 weeks of stay. Looking for other options in Karadhi or Margapatha.

Must avoid!!!

The least I can say is it was a terrible experience. From not providing us non-smoking rooms and shoving us into room and floors completely filled with smoke twice, we were downgraded from our suite to a horrible room and later moved in the next day to another. Staff is not one bit friendly or cooperative. Food is not one bit good. Some consolation will be a couple folks attending you at the table. Not to forget broken door locks in bathrooms, smelly rooms from moisture, constant noise from the street, warm welcome by army of flies at lunch tables…you will be in for a reality check. Don’t go here ever again!!

Camera sporca, asciugamani in bagno di pessima qualità, tappeto x doccia molto sporco. Leggero odore di fogna in bagno. Vetri esterni della camera sporchissimi. Servizio pessimo. Avvisato il responsabile della reception in merito al tappeto sporco della doccia ma non è successo nulla. Ho cenato e mi hanno chiesto il numero della camera. Ho fatto il chek-out e si sono dimenticati di farmi pagare la cena.
