The apartments are located 100m from the sea promenade and 200m from the city center, facing west their terrace will allow you to admire the wonderful sunset over the bay and the island of Košljun.
At 2 minutes from the marina, we are ideally placed for boaters who wish to stay in apartment.
Beautifully furnished with all the requirements of your stay (sheets, towels, toaster, coffee maker, large fridge-freezer, large dishwasher, glasses, plates, cutlery, satellite TV, internet, air conditioning, parking, etc ... ), our apartments have large terraces (19m2) with unobstructed views of the marina, Punat Bay and Košljun Island.

Very nice Place

We spent two very nice days in the Apartment. Francois is a very nice Host. The Apartment is well situated. We had a very Good Time there. Thank you.

Eine saubere, sonnige Wohnung perfekt von der Lage und der zweckmäßigen Einrichtung . Die große Terrasse mit dem Blick auf den Hafen und die Sonnenuntergänge vermitteln Urlaubsgefühl. Der Ort ist in 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen, hat nette gute Lokale und lädt zum Bummeln ein.Praktisch ist der Parkplatz vor dem Appartement und der gepflegte Pool, der von den Vermietern gesäubert wird ,sowie die grüne und schöne Außenanlage.Monika und Francois sind sehr symphatisch, offen und hilfsbereit.Für ältere Menschen, die nicht mehr so beweglich sind,ist die Treppe in den ersten Stock eventuell etwas steil und eng mit dem Gepäck und auch der Pool hat keinen leichten Einstieg.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne einmal wieder.

Séjour parfait!

Nous sommes restés 2 nuits a Punat. Tout etait parfait et conforme a l'annonce. Francois et Monika sont tres accueillants et nous ont aidé à decouvrir leur île . La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus. Merci.

Ganz tolle Vermieter, würden sofort wieder kommen

Das Highlight war definitiv der voll geheizte Pool. Da wir Mai da waren, war das Meer doch noch recht kalt. Unser Sohn 4 Jahre konnte so sehr lange Zeit im warmen Pool bleiben ohne zu unterkühlen. Die Familie ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben zu Beginn von Francois eine 30Minütige Einweisung auf die Insel KRK bekommen. Wir haben unzählige Insiderripps bekommen, so daß wir viel anzusehen hatten. Die Einweisung war speziell auf uns (Familien) zugeschnitten. Eine Karte von Krk gab es als Geschenk dazu. Alles in allem war es eine unvergessliche Zeit, auch dank Monika und Fracois. Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße aus Deutschland
