Four Points by Sheraton Manado

10/10 Excellent

"We had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Manado! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. Some of the furniture showed signs of wear, with paint peeling off the surfaces. The closet sliding doors were also difficult to open and close. Additionally, there was a damp, musty smell in the room that was a little unpleasant. Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the excellent service. We hope management will address these maintenance concerns to make the experience even better for future guests. Overall, a pleasant stay, and we would be happy to return!"

NDC Resort

10/10 Excellent

"I booked this hotel for my family, and they really enjoyed their stay! They loved the beautiful hotel and views, and they had a lot of fun at the mini water parks. The only downside was the poor phone connection and the Wi-Fi not working. They reported the Wi-Fi issue three times and were told someone would come fix it, but unfortunately, it still wasn’t working when they checked out. Overall, my family had a great time and enjoyed their stay!"

Best Western The Lagoon Hotel

8/10 Good

"The staff at Best Western The Lagoon Manado were excellent. Sonya / David and their team made sure to give us the utmost attention and care beyond our expectations. They truely deserve a commendation. However, the hotel pool bar currently isn't operational (it would be nice if it was). Also, some of the windows on our room were not sound-proofed properly and as a result we were often awoken in the middle of the night by loud noises from the outside. Perhaps the windows could do a revamp."
