Absolutely Awesome Beach Front Rural Retreat.

TOP DECK consists of two cosy cabins joined by a spacious deck on a cliff top overlooking the ocean. With extensive and uninterrupted ocean views to your front and tranquil rural views to the rear. Enjoy relaxing in the hot tub while you watch the sunset or the moon rise. Take walks or runs on the farm. Enjoy the unpopulated beach from your own private access. Swim, surf cast, boogie board, surf at times or just relax with a book. Quiet and private but only 7 minutes drive from Pukehina stores which include takeaway's, dairy and off license. 40 minutes to Tauranga and Whakatane, 45 to Rotorua. Cabin One has the kitchen and dining area and also a foldout bed. The lounge converts to a bedroom with a Queen sofa bed and has it's own bathroom. Cabin Two has a Queen bed, a single bed and a foldout bed. It also has it's own bathroom. There is also an outdoor shower. There is a sheltered patio with a BBQ and a washing machine is located at the rear. There is parking for 3 vehicles and storage for kayaks. boards or fishing rods under cabin Two. The cabins are off grid and are powered by a solar power system and back up generator. There is TV, WIFI and good cell phone service. Top Deck is easily accessed by helicopter with private property landing at the back gate.

Just gorgeous wee place

What a find this wee place is - spectacular views of the ocean and a wonderful soak in the hot tub. Well equipped kitchen and great shower pressure. We much enjoyed our stay and especially enjoyed riding over your beautiful farm

Amazing location

Awesome location- nice place to destress with the family. We were a group of 7; the weather limited outdoor access- if fine it would be superb. It would be amazing for a smaller group or two couples. A definite place to revisit.

Lovely relaxed setting.

This place is a gem. The location is superb, only a short walk down to the beach which was great for fishing. The cabins are comfy and clean and we loved the covered deck for sitting and admiring the ocean and the sunset. Lynette is an awesome host, friendly and helpful. We loved our stay.

This is the place to be if you're looking for privacy. Your closest neighbour is far away on another hilltop. The beach is just a couple of minutes walk away and you have it all to yourself. We'd love to be able to go back there again.

Food for your soul

We had a lovely and peacefull stay with the most beautiful ocean view. You are right on the beach. We swam and had walks on the beach everyday. Our hosts were very friendly and accomodating. I would definitely recommend this bach to anybody who love the peace and quite of nature.

Fab stay!

Just arrived back this weekend, it is a lovely, very chilled out place , only afew mins walk to the beach which is amazing, beds so comfy! It was a lovely break away, kid's loved the hot tub, Inly 25mins from main shops/restaurants, If you live ribs book at the freeman, there the best ever! Just one thing if anyone is planning on going, please take bug spray or lots of citronela candels, theres lots of bug with obviously been next to the beach and in the farm,
