Siempre volvemos. Un 9 para nosotros, y a nuestros hijos les encanta. Para ser un 10 tendrían que poner alguna sala para los niños pequeños. Sería un punto muy a favor para convertirse en un hotel family friendly. En los hoteles de montaña se agradece en invierno que haya opciones así.

Pros: entorno del golf muy bonito, hotel remodelado, instalaciones Contras: Habitación muy pequeña sin ninguna vista (las habrá mejores pero la nuestra era enana y oscura), encargada de recepción y comedor poco amable y servicial.

Nos alojamos en la habitación 13. La ducha estaba sucia, llena de cal, grasienta y de polvo, a parte de pelos por todos sitios. A parte el baño en general no se veía limpio. Respecto al resto bueno normal limpieza básica. No volveremos a repetir puesto que para nosotros la limpieza es fundamental, es lo que más valoramos. No nos gustó la estancia. También deberían hacer un pensamiento con los colchones y las almohadas porque son incómodas. Nos ha parecido que es un alojamiento sumamente valorado económicamente cuando no lo vale. Lo bueno la naturaleza que tiene alrededor y todo el paisaje precioso con el campo de golf.

Décevant ,dommage

Décevant pour un hôtel **** on nous a octroyé la chambre de 2 A dans une annexe de l'hôtel, un petit bâtiment avec des chambres en sous-sol avec comme vu les pieds des passants et le groupe de climatisation. Comment un architecte a-pu construire ce bâtiment annexé à un charmant hôtel avec ces chambres en sous-sol ..... décevant et trop tard pour refuser une telle chambre et pris de cours pour passer 2 nuits... salle de bain avec baignoire au pourtour et les joints de la faillence noircis par la moisissure. pas d'affichage des normes de sécurité et d'évacuation dans la chambre, pour le calme rien à dire , ensemble hotelier dans un très joli complexe paisible et au calme.

Entorno fabuloso, hab un tanto antiguas

El hotel no tiene el nivel de 4 estrellas. Faltaban toallas en la habitacion, nadie salio a preguntar si necesitábamos ayuda con la maleta… Aun asi esta en un entorno inmejorable, los jardines son preciosos y es comodo. En la habitacion se escuchaba perfectamente la conversación de los de la habitacion de al lado, y como ya dormiamos, al menos a mi me despertaron. Como sugerencia, el restaurante deberia ofrecer opciones de cena ligera, pues es un hotel aislado, y solo ofrecen menu o medio menu, con un precio por el medio sin sentido si solo quieres tomar una ensalada (sin segundo y sin postre!)

Los alrededores muy tranquilos, está en una zona residencial y junto a un campo de golf con mucha vegetación alrededor.No tiene parking cubierto pero aparcas en la puerta del hotel sin ningún problema porque tiene parking exterior. El hotel es de 1984, las habitaciones de la azotea que son enormes y con calefacción en el suelo,les falta un poco de mantenimiento un cambio de pintura y reparación de grietas en las paredes y un poco más de luz ya que solo hay 4 lámparas y no funcionan muy bien y en una de las camas individuales cambiar la pata que está rota.Pero la habitación muy silenciosa no se oía ni un ruido, muy caliente, no pasamos para nada frío, todo lo contrario y eso que hacía -2⁰C. Los colchones muy cómodos ni muy blandos ni muy duros, íbamos 2 adultos y Dos adolescentes y estuvimos muy agusto. Nos faltó una pequeña puerta corredera que separase la habitación de matrimonio de las dos camas de los pequeños. Solo con un poco de mantenimiento la habitación sería espectacular. Solo hacer incapié en lo que más nos molestó que fué la falta de limpieza una mampara llena de gotas ya secas que se veía que no se había limpiado en días y no había el plástico que se pone en la taza del WC para indicar que se a hecho la limpieza las camas sí pero el baño 😠. Si hacen la reforma volveremos.

Buffet pobre y servicios minimos. La piscina es ridicula para ser un 4* Habitaciones mal aisladas. No hay posibilidad de hacer cargos a la habitacion,hay que pagar siempre al momento en las diferentes estancias. Mini bar vacio.

Hotel excepcional , entorno de ensueño

La verdad es que hemos estado de maravilla en una habitación suite familiar muy grande y cómoda , el hotel y sus instalaciones son una total maravilla y los alrededores de ensueño. Muy amable y atento el personal de recepción. Como punto de mejora sería el de mantenimiento de las instalaciones , en el comedor y hall hay partes sin parquet y da mala impresión, de dejadez, es una lástima con lo bonito y bien decorado que está el hotel. También diría que el personal del buffet del desayuno no están pendientes de reponer cosas básicas que faltan como leche, cucharas, zumos, etc …
