The Space:
Welcome to Marbella, in the heart of Puerto Vallarta's hotel zone. Just a short walk away, you'll find high-end restaurants, traditional food spots, a Food Park, two shopping centers with a supermarket, pizza places, a spa, a gym, banks/ATMs, pharmacies, and nightclubs. The beach is a 10-minute walk, or even closer if you cut through the Fiesta Americana Hotel across the street! If you don’t feel like venturing out, no worries! There’s a big communal pool surrounded by plenty of lounge chairs and a separate pool for the little ones.
Surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, our apartment exudes modern mixed with rustic charm. As you step inside, you're greeted by a spacious living area adorned with a comfortable sitting area. The open floor plan seamlessly connects to the dining area, with a table for four and an extra chair if needed.
The fully equipped kitchen provides you with everything you need to prepare meals at home. For your comfort, the apartment offers high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV in the master bedroom, and air conditioning in both bedrooms. You’ll have a small desk/vanity area in the master bedroom.
The sleeping arrangements are ideal for a small family or group of friends. One bedroom is considered the master with a king-size bed, and the other has a double bed. Please note the apartment is situated on the fifth floor, accessible only by stairs, and there is no elevator.
For added convenience, the condominium complex offers a laundry service (for a fee) where you can leave your clothes in the morning and pick them up in the afternoon.
Whether you're looking to explore the nearby beach, relax at the pool, or head to town to indulge in local cuisine, our apartment makes for the perfect tropical oasis escape.
Guest Access:
You will have exclusive access to the condo and to all the common areas of the complex, wearing the bracelets provided inside the unit. Each lost bracelet costs $2,000 MXN. Upon check-out, they must be left in the same place where they were found.
Check-in is 4 pm, the access before this hour is not permitted.
Check-out is 12 pm, extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.
The Neighborhood:
You'll be right in the heart of Puerto Vallarta's vibrant hotel zone! Stroll around, and you'll find fancy restaurants, local eats, a cool Food Park, two shopping centers, a supermarket, pizza joints, a spa, a gym, banks/ATMs, pharmacies, and nightclubs. The beach? Just a 10-minute walk away, or even quicker if you cut through the Fiesta Americana Hotel right across the street!
Getting Around:
The property is approximately 6 km | 3.5 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). If you are arriving by car, there is parking onsite, which is first come, first served. Puerto Vallarta also has Uber, so you can easily get around.

*Please be aware that one of the units below is currently undergoing renovation, and there might be construction noise during daytime working hours. Regrettably, we do not have precise information regarding the exact dates of completion just yet.
Our guests booking via Sand Pacific can get a courtesy margarita drink per person at the Mangos Beach Club. There is no entrance fee, just a minimum consumption requirement of one meal. Guests will have to book in advance directly at the Mangos Beach Club.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Check-in is at 4 pm/16:00. Access before this hour is not permitted. Check-out is at 12 pm. Extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors are strictly prohibited.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $50 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated. Quiet hours are from 10 pm/22:00 to 9:00.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Pets are not allowed.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- The bracelets must be returned at your departure. Losing or not returning them will result in a penalty of $2,000 MXN for each one.
- A Pack n’ Play travel crib and highchair are available for an extra fee. They must be reserved before check-in.
- A beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, and a cooler are available for an extra fee, with prior notice.
- The parking spaces are compact and, unfortunately, cannot accommodate large vehicles or trailers.
