- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are welcome as long as they do not stay overnight. However, outside visitors and hired services (e.g., massage therapists) are not permitted on the property.
- We love to keep the space serene and peaceful for all guests, so we ask that noise stays at a respectful level after 10 PM. No parties, events, or illegal activities are permitted.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home. Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $500 USD fine.
- Guests are responsible for any damages or extra cleaning costs incurred during their stay.
- Pets and any kind of animals are not allowed.
- While the building has an elevator, please note that some stairs are involved to reach the unit. It’s a small step to take for a big ocean view, and we appreciate your understanding!
- We respectfully require up to 72 hours to fix an issue due to an external service provider (e.g., internet).
- There are outdoor security cameras strictly for security and safety reasons.
