Hotel Mondavi is located on top of a hill in one of the most luxurious and safe areas of Puerto Vallarta. There are many beautiful mansions around, and I saw police patrols often, which made the area feel very secure. The staff were friendly, and the property itself is quiet and peaceful. The pool and rooftop areas were usually private — most of the time I was the only person there, which made it very relaxing. The room size was just right, and the air-conditioning worked well. I walked from the hotel to downtown Puerto Vallarta several times. The walk took less than 40 minutes, and it was a nice road with great scenery. This hotel is perfect if you want to relax, enjoy the views, and spend time at the property. However, if you plan to go to the beach or downtown multiple times a day, keep in mind that the walk or ride up the hill can be a bit challenging to do more than once a day. Overall, it’s a great place for peace, comfort, and beautiful views.

Perfect Overnight Stay, clean, quiet comfortable

Great overnight stay. We did choose an economy room without a view. But it was clean and very comfortable and we spent most of our time on the beautiful rooftop. The views were beautiful and pool and hot tub area was perfect after a long day of site seeing.

A little off the beaten path which suits us fine. The staff were wonderful. We had a spacious 2 bed 2 bath with full kitchen. Definitely not walkable to the center of Puerto Vallarta. Amazing views and nice pool and jacuzzi on the 7th floor. Property is a bit older, but clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Conchas China is perfect for decompressing. No noise, no traffic, beautiful view. Extremely boring area. Not great if you want to.ealk.amd have King or respiratory problems. It's windy and the size of a small mountain Access to upper rooms not safe. Hotel room.amd balcony are very nice and spacious. Huge views of the sea because the entire exterior wall is a patio door and floor to ceiling windows. Has so much potential .Needs some upgrading, great restaurant and room service. Very quiet and relaxing. Would be one of PVs best of they had a hot tub and the other things i.mentioned. Comfy beds.

The views are spectacular however the property is high up in the hills, if you have a car it won't be an issue, if you do not, you will require to travel by taxy at all times. The staff were superb and really gave you the feeling that nothing was too much trouble and they were there to help in any way. Jorge is incredibly efficient, friendly and has an outstanding customer service attitude. Highly recommended.
