I like the staff in the restaurant in the morning at breakfast and The restaurant at knight. The chef that cooks in the evening shift makes delicious dinners.

GET MY room of what I gave booked and paid off in advance, I spent 3 Days waiting to get my suite room that I have originally booked.
My hole 3 days was waiting to switch rooms and try to get my original reservation.
It's very frustrating, disappointed and physically tired of waiting. It's very horrible experience trying to get my room for 3 days .
My first day when I arrived at the hotel the receptionist gave me a room that smells very strong cigarettes smell, I could not sleep there and told I can't sleep in there. I didn't not want to get sick and I won't accept that. It was very late that knight and finally she sent to a different room, but not the one that I have paid off and reserved
Next day I went to the lobby and ask for my room, and told me that I gave to wait until 4:00 pm to get my my room. So I waited until 4:00 pm and I did not get my room,
Another room she assigned me that it was not what I have paid and reserved.
I just going to stop here because it got worse later.
I am very disappointed on the way that Hotel does not respect and Honor what I have booked.
