No Smoking Please be aware of the State of Jalisco's anti-smoking law, encompassing vaping and electronic cigarettes. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the building, including terraces and balconies, with fines imposed for violations.

House Rules - Additional Rules
• All guests must read and sign the rental rules prior to being granted access to the property.
• Each unit is allowed a maximum of 2 visitors at a time. All visitors must be registered at the front desk and leave an official photo ID.
Please note: Visitors are not permitted to use any of the common areas (e.g., pool, gym, rooftop, etc.).
• Visitor registration is not permitted after 10:00 p.m., and all visitors must leave the property by 12:00 a.m. (midnight).
Visitors attempting to register after midnight will not be allowed access.
• Failure to comply with the community regulations may result in fines starting at $2,000 MXN and up to $80,000 MXN per infraction for serious or repeated violations.
Depending on the nature of the offense, additional consequences may include immediate expulsion from the property or legal action.
