Paradise Villas #16 is a stunning two-story townhome featuring 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, designed for comfort and relaxation by the sea. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, a cozy fireplace, a private bath, and a spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez. The guest bedroom includes two full-size beds, its own private bath, and a balcony with views of the surrounding beauty.

Downstairs, the elegantly tiled kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and all the cooking utensils you'll need for your stay. The inviting living room includes a sofa sleeper, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and unobstructed ocean views that create a peaceful and memorable atmosphere.

Mid-week break

We have stayed in this complex before and love the proximity to the beach. While the fittings feel somewhat dated, everywhere was beautifully clean and the decor was bright and airy.Travelling mid-week meant that we missed the crowds and the weather for mid- may was perfect!

Relaxation at it's best

We had such a good time at this property. The views were incredible, the condo was perfect for two couples as there was plenty of room for all! We want to come back again next year!

Paradise Villas stay

The villa was clean. It was almost like having your own beach. Other villa occupants were courteous. Overall very quiet and not crowded. If you want to go out for dinner often it might not be for you given its overall location. However, the Santo Coyote Ocean Cantina is just a 10 min walk down the beach. We ate there twice and both meals were excellent and surprisingly affordable. Cellphone service was spotty but available. The villa had working WIFI.
