「Every and I mean every member of staff was welcoming and happy to have a chat and see how they could make our stay better - from the manager, to the chef, porter, activity co-ordinator, groundsman. Absolutely top notch service.」

「The host was great. He provided great information on the area and places to see. My son speaks Spanish so that helped with the communications. The space heater was running when we got home from our daily excursions which made settling in more enjoyable. Watching the sun hit the clouds over the lake in the morning from bed was a highlight for my wife.」

「The staff were incredibly nice and helpful - it's lovely having a person on-site that is knowledgeable and able to book all regional tours on your behalf - the property and rooms have stunning views (and are evidently pretty new) and the hot tubs are a definite bonus. The menu changes every day, all delicious. We stayed 3 nights, we wish we could have stayed at least a week! Ps. The Termas del Sol nearby are well worth a visit! 」
