"A small dirt road from a small town will get you there. Follow the paved road to the end and then follow a dirt road until the end. It has gorgeous views of the surrounding volcanoes. Jacuzzi is out of order. They have very friendly dogs. Wifi is decent and only in the main common area. Breakfast is a bit pricey, but good. (Fresh bread is great.) The cabin is rustic and lovely. (Bring you own knife if you plan to cook.) In short, the location is great and the views are even better!...

"All the staff at Bellevista were so helpful and patient with us (as we asked a million questions every day). They gave great recommendations for places to eat and things to do and see. We had a lovely view of the volcano and lake. We loved our stay here."

"The hotel is well designed but needs some refreshing. Carpeting needs replacing everywhere and the chippy painted tile in the spa showers made it look gross. However: staff was very helpful and we really enjoyed our stay!"
