"Yes, the room had a great view of the ocean and downtown Puerto Montt. This property has seen better days. The room seems a bit worn and although comfortable, very basic with no added amenities. I had continuous hot water, a smoking terrace so you didn't have to go out the front (very important since Puerto Montt- especially at night- can be dangerous) and a buffet style breakfast. "

"The place is clean and neat. The problem is when you look at the exterior. It looks like a total dump full o f graffiti paint peeling off it looks like the owners don’t care. The signage is awful. There is some parking but you need to Be a magician to figure that out. I am a Chilean born Canadian citizen that has been in Canada for 50 years. I have travelled all Over the world. Tear it down or fix it. "
