My other half and I enjoyed an awesome birthday week stay. Needless to say we weren't fully aware of the "atmosphere "!!! Lol, but we really enjoyed ourselves!! We will return!! Reyes in the Rain dining hall was on point !! Reberto our room attendant was awesome as well.. If you don't go for any other reasons go for the HOSPITALITY!! Never a boring day/night

I want to share my experience with this property. The restaurant choices are limited, unless you're willing to take a shuttle to another hotel that runs only every two hours. The pools were small and often crowded. This hotel seems ideal for people over 65, but it may not be as enjoyable for younger guests. I found the food to be subpar with minimal options. There were only two restaurants on the premises – one buffet and the other Italian. The Italian restaurant required a reservation, but it was always fully booked. The cocktails seemed diluted, and overall, I was not satisfied with the dining options. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this resort, and I do not recommend it unless you are 65 or older, or if you have young children.
