"The room is very clean and the setting is great. The overall of the hotel setting is very cosy and welcoming.
We’ve like to have a microwave in the room though; however, it may defeat the purpose of the having restaurant within the hotel.

"I loved everything. I worked for Marriott for 12 years so I can appreciate small details. The owner has an amazing collection of unique antiques. I loved the decor. I’m guessing the owner knows good service because every staff member was so accommodating. I’m going to run out of space so I need to say Christina went above and beyond. She was so pleasant to talk to. My Spanish is rough and she told me how to navigate the city in English. She also went out of her way to get us tickets for the luchador march. The room was spotless the view from the roof was beautiful (you could see the volcano, the location was two blocks from all the tourist attractions, and the staff was top notch. The only thing I would comment on is the door locks. My wife and I laughed because it is an old school key to lock your door. We only stayed three nights and it took us to day two to figure out the lock. That said staff helped us without us seeking them. I don’t even know if the key was a bad thing we laughed everytime we tried. I loved this place we are heading to Mexico City and plan on returning here in a week. I never do reviews but thought I had to put my two cents in and especially give Christina the props she deserves. "
"We booked three rooms here and they were ready as promised. The interior courtyard was a great meeting spot for us and the adjacent coffee shop and bakery were also a wonderful addition. The staff were all excellent and helpful and friendly across the board. I would definitely stay here again!!"
