"10 minutes before check in they contacted me saying they were full and had no space for me and my family. "

"We were first given a cabin that was very close to the road. The traffic noise, especially early in the morning, was quite loud and made it impossible for us to sleep, even with earplugs. The jacuzzi in that cabin also wasn’t heating properly. We mentioned this to the host, who responded quickly and moved us to the other cabin that was set a bit farther from the road. Had the second cabin not been available that day, the issues would’ve been dealbreakers and we’d have gone to a hotel. After the move, our stay was very comfortable. The road noise decreased significantly, and the jacuzzi there would warm up as expected. The host was easy to reach, responded promptly, and the cabins themselves were clean and well maintained. If you’re planning to stay here, ask for cabin two."

"Wonderful family run business! Delightful bungalows nestled in the rainforest — with lovely hammocks on the porch. Staff was great at accommodating traveler with limited mobility — picking us up in a golf-type cart for meals. Massage was so relaxing — and outdoors! Food was tasty, portions generous and staff attentive. Secluded for peace and quiet. Rain on the tin roof was mesmerizing!"

"The house was fabulous! It had everything we needed in the kitchen to make our meals. Lots of space for the 4 adults and 4 teens. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and very clean. The upper veranda was a blessing since it was drizzling most of our stay. Saw beautiful birds and heard Howler monkeys. The pool was immaculate and unique.Wagner was very responsive to all our questions before arriving and when checking out. Olivier, the on-site keeper was a sweetheart. He showed us around the house and grounds and ensured we understood the use of the gate lock. All with a gracious demeanour - working with my rudimentary understanding of Spanish. Absolutely would stay again!"
